Our development model
Great football stories do not always begin in great stadiums. Our model starts where the player is, then connects observation, purposeful training and real match experience.
- Every talent deserves to be seen.
Start on the local pitch.
- See more than one match.
Understand the whole player.
- Talent is the starting point.
Give each player a purposeful plan.
- Let the game show the progress.
Learn through real match experience.
- The right opportunity, in context.
Connect local potential to international football.
One vision. International football.
London, Brussels and Istanbul are three focal points of our international football vision.
