I'm injured,
what do I do?

This page helps you take the first safe steps and reach the right person. It does not tell you what the injury is — only a clinician who has examined you can do that.

A Vaune physiotherapy session

Call emergency services first.

If someone loses consciousness, has trouble breathing, severe chest pain or a suspected serious head or neck injury, stop and call the local emergency number. In Türkiye and across the EU, that number is 112. Do not wait for a reply from this website.

Stop playing and stop training.

Do not try to run it off, and do not return in the same session because the pain has eased. If you are at a VAUNE session, tell the coach on the pitch immediately so the session stops for you.

Tell the club the same day.

Use the medical desk below, or tell your coach or camp lead so the report reaches the medical team. Say what you were doing, what you felt and where — that is what the team needs, not a guess at the name of the injury.

Get assessed by a clinician.

A doctor or physiotherapist examines you and decides what the injury is and what happens next. VAUNE's medical team can help you reach an appointment; it cannot diagnose you by message.

Return to play is a shared decision.

Coming back is agreed between you, the medical lead and the coaching team, with minutes and risk written down. If you are under 18, your guardian is part of that conversation.

Club follow-up

Tell the player desk what happened and ask for the right club contact. If you already have a Vaune player account, you can also use your dashboard. Do not use either route for an emergency.

Vaune Sports does not provide a diagnosis, a treatment plan or emergency care through this site.
