Check the passport, purpose and length of stay.
Entry requirements depend on your citizenship or travel document, destination, reason for travelling and planned stay. A tourist e-Visa may not cover football work or a longer stay. Check the destination authority's rules for your exact situation before booking.
Prepare the documents the authority requests.
Start after the invitation is confirmed, and use the official checklist for the destination and visa route.
- Passport or travel document with the required validity
- Written invitation with dates and purpose
- Accommodation, return travel and insurance if required
- For minors: guardian consent and any additional travel documents requested
Travel and player registration are different questions.
Guardian consent and travel documents do not by themselves authorise an international player transfer. Before a proposed move, the club must check the applicable football registration rules with the relevant authorities.
A visit permission is not a work permission.
Türkiye's e-Visa is for tourism or commerce. Work and other purposes use different routes, and a longer stay may require separate permission. Check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and migration authority before planning a season.
Who pays what is agreed in writing.
Before you travel, make sure it is written down who is covering flights, accommodation, insurance and visa fees. VAUNE never collects a visa or immigration fee — those are paid to the authority or its official service provider.
