The parent manages the Player layer.

VAUNE keeps three roles: Board, Coach and Player. When the player is a minor, a registered parent or guardian is recorded as the manager of that Player account.

• Guardian contact is required
• Consent status is recorded
• Management can be revoked
• No separate Parent role is introduced

Private by default, public by approval.

Development plans, messages and sensitive records stay inside authorized dashboards. Only approved player profile fields are published.

Players can ask for the record to be corrected.

Manual statistical changes are identified as club entries and material changes are kept in the audit trail.
