Controlled communication
Coaches send categorised, auditable messages through the player workspace. Sensitive concerns should use the designated safeguarding channel, not general chat.
Images and stories
Media needs a rights owner, useful alternative text and an optional expiry. Consent to participate does not automatically grant publication rights.
Report a concern
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. VAUNE must publish its named safeguarding officer, direct phone and response procedure before launch.
